We know how many of our children are talented artists whether using paints, pastels, collage or other materials.
We thought it would be great to have a bit of family fun over half term and so we’re challenging you to make some art with 100 leaves. This can be done as a solo project, as a family or with your social bubble. It can be whatever picture or theme you like as long as it’s made with 100 leaves. Both Manor Park and Howard Park are full of stunning coloured leaves at the moment and it’s the same around the reservoirs at Tintwistle. You could have fun collecting them as well as creating. Maybe you could go out collecting with an idea in mind.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with. Please send a photo of your completed pictures to your class teacher through Class Dojo. We would love to make a display of all the pictures after the half term.
